Kristin Gartner is a licensed professional counselor specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, families, and group therapy. Kristin received her Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University in 2001. After graduation Kristin became an elementary school teacher at Jennie Dean Elementary School for six years until completing her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Marymount University in 2007. Kristin has had specialized training in childhood anxiety disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, family systems, and behavioral therapy. Kristin opened Bright Horizons Counseling Services to focus on providing therapy to the child and adolescent population, this has recently expanded to include families and young adults. Kristin also works closely with school systems to help implement appropriate educational, behavioral, and IEP/504 plans for her clients.
