HOW I HELP
My philosophy and approach to helping couples and families is to name and disrupt the patterns which keep them stuck or hindered from thriving and living their best life. I believe that healing is in creating safe and healthy relationships. When we strengthen the bonds of relationships, even with self, we become free to trust, explore, and contribute more fully to the world. My goal is to focus on helping clients see their issues through a relational/systemic lens and experience a new way of attuning and responding to one another.
