Nadia Speziale is a licensed professional counselor specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, families, and young adults. Nadia received her Bachelor’s degree from The College at Brockport in Brockport, NY in 2009. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, Nadia attended Medaille College in Buffalo, NY were she received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Nadia interned at a small private practice specializing in treatment of children with Reactive Attachment Disorders and other attachment disorders, as well as trauma related disorders. Nadia has expanded her counseling experience while working for an agency in Buffalo, NY, where she treated children with various mental health disorders by working with them individually and their families, as well as and coordinating care with schools and primary care physicians. Nadia has additional experience with mental health disorders including the treatment of: depression, Stress-management, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, ADHD, Self-control skills, Adjustment Disorders, Self -esteem, Relaxation Skills, Trauma related issues as well as issues related to sexual identity. Nadia has experience in the use of feedback informed treatment, which includes the idea that the relationship between counselor and client is important and crucial in the progress of treatment.
