I earned two undergraduate degrees, Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Leadership from the University of Wisconsin. This upcoming semester I will graduate with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the CACREP Accredited graduate program at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. During my graduate studies I earned a nomination for the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society. I am a certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator for couples, have specialized training in Improving Cultural Competency for Behavioral Health Professionals, and earned a certification for Ethical Considerations for Telemental Health.
I specialize in diagnostics, brain-based interventions, anxiety, and depression in adolescents and adults. I focus on the present, and work toward improving one’s quality of life in a manner which collaborates with the client’s unique strengths and is most beneficial for the client’s needs. My style is straightforward and solution centered.
